Visse sempre e solo a contatto con la natura, in mezzo alle pecore e sotto le stelle. 
Forse non conobbe mai l’amore, e forse, non essendosi mai specchiata, 
non vide mai il suo  viso. 

She always and exclusively lived in contact with nature, among sheep and under the stars. She probably never knew love and possibly, not knowing what a mirror is, she never saw her own face.
